     Define the anchors type. Anchors can be sources, targets or both.

``EString`` name 
     Defines the anchor's name

``EBoolean`` isConditional 
     Defines whether a condition should be checked prior to selecting this anchor.

``EString`` className 
     Defines the anchor's class name.

``EString`` condQuery 
     Defines a condition as an eoq query that returns a Boolean value.

``EString`` nsURI 
     Defines the anchor's namespace URI.

``EString`` selectionQuery 
     Defines a condition as an eoq query that returns a Boolean value.
